All content, software, and materials available through FlowList, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of Tom Walsh or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the application. By sharing content publicly (e.g., templates in the Community gallery), you grant FlowList a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the application.

Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tom Walsh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of FlowList.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to FlowList at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the application. Your continued use of FlowList after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to you via email or through the application.
